Enterprise operations platform

Run your entire field operation from one platform

OPPERIQ is an enterprise workforce management platform, developed by NOVIQSOLUTIONS, for businesses whose people work away from a desk. Attendance with geofence validation, shifts, field tasks, live tracking, fleet, leave, payroll and finance all run on the same tenant-scoped data — so HR, operations and finance stop reconciling separate systems.

Why OPPERIQ

Built to remove the work between the work

Field operations rarely fail because people lack effort. They fail in the gaps between a shift, a timesheet, an approval and a payment.

Attendance lives on paper and WhatsApp

Employees check in against a geofence assigned to their site, with optional face verification. Supervisors approve exceptions instead of transcribing sign-in sheets.

Attendance and geofencing

Nobody can prove who was on site

Validated check-ins, live location sessions, route history and an append-only audit trail turn a disputed timesheet into a record with a named approver.

Live tracking

Payroll is rebuilt in a spreadsheet each month

Approved hours feed payroll runs that apply salary templates, overtime and deduction rules, then export bank and journal files for your bank and ledger.

Payroll and finance

Every department keeps its own version of the truth

People, attendance, fleet, procurement and finance are modules over one tenant-scoped dataset, so there is nothing to reconcile between systems.

Workforce and people

What that adds up to

Reconciliation instead of re-entry

Hours captured at check-in flow straight into approvals and payroll runs, so nobody retypes a timesheet into a spreadsheet.

Evidence, not assumptions

Geofence-validated check-ins, optional face verification and an append-only audit trail mean attendance disputes are settled with records.

One system of record

HR, fleet, finance and field supervisors read and write the same tenant-scoped data, which removes the reconciliation meetings between systems.

Web + Mobile

One platform, every screen

Supervisors and back-office teams run operations from the web dashboard. Field staff work from native iOS and Android apps that ship in step with the platform — every field-facing workflow the API supports is on the phone too. Both surfaces read and write the same tenant-scoped records, so an approval on one is visible on the other.

  • Geofenced check-in and check-out with GPS capture and optional face verification
  • Assigned tasks, leave requests, expense claims, documents and payslips
  • Registered devices with push notifications for approvals and alerts

Saudi Arabia & the Gulf

Configured for the local working week

OPPERIQ is a global platform with Saudi defaults already in place — the currency, the weekend, the identity documents and the contribution rates your payroll team expects.

  • Saudi payroll defaults

New tenants are created with Saudi Arabia as the payroll country and SAR as the operating currency, so salary templates, expenses and budgets are denominated correctly from day one.

  • Friday–Saturday working week

The weekend is configured as Friday and Saturday by default, which means overtime, attendance tolerance and leave calculations line up with the local working week without custom setup.

  • Iqama and national ID tracking

Iqama and national ID numbers are first-class fields on the employee record, collected during digital onboarding and monitored by scheduled expiry alerts alongside passports and licences.

  • Configurable GOSI contribution rates

Employee and employer GOSI contribution rates are tenant-level settings consumed by the deduction engine, so payroll reflects your registered rates rather than a hard-coded assumption.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What is OPPERIQ?

OPPERIQ is an enterprise workforce management platform developed by NOVIQSOLUTIONS. It combines workforce and HR records, GPS attendance with geofencing, shift scheduling, task management, live employee tracking, fleet management, leave, payroll and finance operations in one tenant-scoped system for businesses whose staff work away from a desk.

Who develops OPPERIQ?

OPPERIQ is developed and supported by NOVIQSOLUTIONS, a software company building enterprise operations platforms for field-heavy businesses. OPPERIQ is its flagship workforce management product, and support and commercial enquiries are handled directly by the NOVIQSOLUTIONS team.

Who is OPPERIQ for?

It is built for field-heavy operators: construction contractors, security services, facilities and cleaning companies, logistics fleets, manufacturers, and multi-branch retail and hospitality groups. Inside those businesses the platform serves HR, operations supervisors, fleet managers, finance teams and the field employees themselves.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes — native iOS and Android apps, released in step with the platform, so every field-facing workflow the API supports is also available on the phone. Employees check in and out against their assigned geofence, update tasks, submit leave and expense claims, view documents and payslips, and receive push notifications for approvals and alerts. Supervisors and back-office teams use the web dashboard, and both work on the same records.

How does geofenced attendance work?

Administrators define circular or polygon zones for each site and assign them to employees. When an employee checks in, their coordinates are validated against their assigned zones and an out-of-zone check-in is rejected at the point of capture. Face verification can be required in addition, and employees can raise correction requests that a manager, HR or a reviewer approves.

Does OPPERIQ handle payroll?

Yes. Payroll runs move through draft, processing, approval and payment, applying salary templates plus configurable overtime and deduction rules. The platform also handles employee loans, payslips, and bank and journal exports in CSV for your bank or accounting system.

Is OPPERIQ suitable for organisations in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Tenants default to Saudi payroll settings, a Friday–Saturday weekend and SAR currency, and the platform tracks Iqama and national ID documents with expiry alerts. GOSI employee and employer contribution rates are configurable per tenant. The interface is currently English-only and OPPERIQ does not yet generate WPS or ZATCA compliance files.

How is data separated between organisations?

Every request resolves its tenant from a verified access token, and that tenant scopes every database read and write. Platform administration runs on a separate authentication path, so platform staff can provision or suspend a tenant without being able to read its business data. A dedicated test suite asserts that cross-tenant access attempts fail.

Can we import our existing employee data?

Yes. Employee records can be bulk imported from CSV or XLSX files, processed as background jobs so a large import does not block the rest of the system, and each new joiner is emailed their own credentials rather than having them passed on by an administrator. Reports, attendance data, tracking history and payroll output can all be exported for downstream systems.

How is OPPERIQ priced?

Pricing depends on which modules you enable and the number of employees under management, so it is quoted per organisation rather than published as a list price. Email [email protected] or book a demo and we will scope it with you.
