Who NOVIQSOLUTIONS is

NOVIQSOLUTIONS is a software company building enterprise platforms for field-heavy operations. OPPERIQ is our flagship product: a workforce management platform for organisations whose people work on sites, in vehicles and across shifts rather than at a desk. We build one deep product rather than a suite of shallow ones.

Our mission

To give operational teams the same quality of software that head-office teams have taken for granted for a decade. A supervisor approving a timesheet on a site with poor signal deserves the same considered engineering as a finance controller closing a month — and usually gets far less.

Why we built OPPERIQ

Field-heavy businesses end up running on a spreadsheet for hours, a messaging group for shift changes, a folder of scanned documents for compliance and an accounting package that learns about all of it weeks later. Nobody chose that stack; it accumulated. The cost shows up as disputed timesheets, expired licences nobody noticed and a payroll run rebuilt by hand every month.

Product vision

One multi-tenant platform where attendance, shifts, tasks, tracking, fleet, leave, payroll and finance are modules over the same tenant-scoped data. Access is resolved from a person's role, their designation and a granular permission set, so an HR Director, a Payroll Officer and a site supervisor each see their own version of the system without anyone being handed administrator rights. Hours captured at check-in should reach a payroll run without being retyped — that single idea drives most of the roadmap.

Engineering philosophy

We publish what the platform does and what it does not do yet. The security page names the controls that are missing, and the Saudi Arabia page names the compliance gaps. It makes for less impressive marketing and much shorter procurement conversations. Internally the same rule applies: correctness before surface area, and no feature announced before it is in production.

Enterprise-grade architecture

Tenant isolation is enforced in middleware, in request context and in every repository query, then checked by a dedicated test suite rather than by convention. Permissions are explicit codes, not role name comparisons scattered through controllers. The architecture page sets out the layers, and the native iOS and Android apps consume the same APIs as the web dashboard, so the field and the office never disagree about state.

Where OPPERIQ is going

We do not publish dated roadmap promises, because shipped software is the only claim worth making. What we do publish is the gap list: the security controls still to be implemented and the compliance filings not yet automated. Those lists are the roadmap, and they shrink rather than grow.

Saudi Arabia first, built to travel

NOVIQSOLUTIONS is based in Saudi Arabia, and OPPERIQ is configured for how operations actually run there — Hijri and Gregorian dates, Arabic-ready data, Iqama and Istimara document handling, and the working-week and end-of-service patterns local employers use. None of that is hard-coded. Currencies, time zones, holiday calendars and pay rules are tenant configuration, so the same deployment serves a contractor in Riyadh and one outside the region without a fork.
