1. Information we collect
When you use the OPPERIQ website we collect the information you submit through our contact and demo forms — your name, work email, company, optional phone number and your message. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent in order to serve the site and mitigate abuse.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where product analytics are enabled, consent for advertising and analytics storage is denied by default until you grant it, and no third-party analytics script loads unless it has been explicitly configured for the deployment you are visiting.
3. How we use information
We use what you submit to reply to your enquiry, schedule demonstrations, and — only with your consent — send product updates. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers acting on our instructions, such as our email delivery provider.
4. Data security
The OPPERIQ platform authenticates requests with signed tokens, hashes passwords with bcrypt, scopes every query to a single tenant and records write operations to an append-only audit trail. Our security page sets out these controls in full, including the ones not yet implemented.
5. Customer data in the platform
Data your organisation enters into OPPERIQ belongs to your organisation. It is scoped to your tenant and is not accessible to other tenants. We process it only to provide the service, and we act as processor while you remain the controller of your employee data.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to info@opperiq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
