1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the OPPERIQ platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.
2. Service description
OPPERIQ provides a multi-tenant operations platform covering workforce management, attendance, fleet, leave, payroll and finance operations. Which modules are available to your organisation depends on your subscription and the features enabled for your tenant.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your accounts. Your administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, designations and permissions to users within your tenant.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access data belonging to another tenant, to probe or disrupt the service, or to use the platform to process data you have no lawful basis to process. Location and biometric features must be used in line with the employment and privacy law that applies to you.
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data uploaded to or generated within your tenant. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and you may export it at any time.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to give notice of planned maintenance. Any service level commitment applies only where it is set out in a written agreement between us.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.
